I have been using Vitargo religiously every week for over 2 years now and it has played an integral role in helping me to not only build muscles, but enhance my recovery and training sessions to the highest intensity possible. I have tried all of their flavors and you can’t go wrong with any of them. I always switch it up from month to month; usually going through 2 tubs a month. I have tried all of the carb supplements over the years; from dextrose, waxymaize to Cyclic Dextrin, Karbolyn and Vitargo has been my favorite since I started taking supplements over 23 years ago!

Good but no easily to di solved

Watching my son grow into a competitive swimmer, his practices are getting more intense. 5-6 days a week practice for 2.5hrs with occasional twice a days are exhausting to say the least. Recently he'd come home so exhausted he won't eat but a few bites and just go to sleep. Heard about this from a classmate who is a fitness maniac. Skeptical about the price I got the smaller container. What a difference we saw in practice! Usually at the slower end compared to his swimmers in his group and occasionally getting lapped by the faster older boys. After the 2nd day, using the drink he came home more animated and talkative than usual from practice. He was now 5th fastest out of 25 in his group. His muscles are sore after practice but not fatigued like before. He swam 9 miles in practice over 2hrs as they were practicing 1650 free sets over and over... His recovery is much faster and his coaches and co-swimmers have seen the difference. He's able to train harder and longer with improved performance. No side effects so far and been impressed with his results.

This is the only brand of fueling I use for training and racing as an endurance athlete. Best product on the market with delicious flavors!

Great for intra post or pre workout. Taste good . Nice well . Doesn’t have weird texture like others.
