LOSTAR Black Hood for 2006-2010 Hummer H3 Deck Ve-nt Panel Handle Cover Trim (LSOT00911BNEW2)

Does not match up to hood lines.

Everything about it looks great. It’s the right size as the factory louver. However, The louver with handles that I received is flat and does not curve along with the hood. I used silicone adhesive to secure it to the hood, but the left and right side lifts up because it’s flat. I sealed it again, and put heavy dumbbells on each side of the louver, so that it secures along with the curvature of the hood. However, that did not work either. I suppose I will get black silicone sealant and fill in the gaps. I’m not sure what else to do. So, the size and look is great, but the fit, not so much. It would be fantastic if the company replied to this review, as I could be missing something important. That would be helpful.

You will need to alter your hood and the loover to secure it. Does not fit flat on the hood. Do not take your vehicle through a car wash with this loover unless you have completely glued/siliconed it to the surface of your hood.

Attempted to contact customer service with the manufacturer. They said they couldn’t help me and referred me back to Amazon customer service. All I need is directions on how to instal , I would think the manufacturer would be able to supply them? Customer service was no help . - ⭐️
