MegaChef Hot/Cold Water Dispenser (Silver, 5 Gallon)

This water dispenser did exactly what I needed it to do, and once it unexpectedly stopped doing so, the company was very quick to remedy the situation while being very pleasant to deal with. Before this issue, I never had a problem with it, and would buy another if I had to. The dispenser itself isn't the quietest thing when refilling the water reservoirs, but my dishwasher and ice maker are much louder. The paddle-style buttons are easy to use, and the tray is removable so that my largest water bottle (64 oz) fits easily. I like that the hot water temperature is a bit higher than other dispensers on the site, although I wish the cold water were a little colder; a little ice fixes that easily. All in all, I would recommend this dispenser.

It's the most functional, comfortable, and economical thing I could buy for my house, since with the dispenser my children have all their needs met.

I bought this in February 2024, and now it doesn't work anymore. The red light is always on, even though it's supposed to turn on when the water gallon is almost empty. The following morning I check again, no more ht water and the hot water side is lighted green and cold water side is lighted red. Have to buy again, but not this kind.

I love this. I dont have to lift the water, just scoot it into the dispenser. So easy

Works as it should but is very loud at times and occasionally needs adjustments because the seal starts to leak air pressure. But fir the price very nice. I had to return the first one because shipper turned it upside down and leaked compressor lubricant everywhere but it was hassle-free ordeal.

Easy set up, loving it so far.

Excellent product. Keeps water temperature hot and cold perfectly. It has a very nice look , no noise. Very happy with the product. It fits 5 gallons of water.

When we opened the first one from it's badly damaged box, the whole bottom was dented in. They sent a replacement on the next day. It works well on heating and cooling, but I find it to be slower than my previous brand, but then the previous brand died within 18 months, so we will see how long this one lasts. I guess since I mainly use it for hot water, slower might be better. I wouldn't want to get burned! But it's very easy and intuitive to use, change the water bottle, etc. Hope it lasts a long time!
