10/10 recommend for constipation
SO AMAZING!!! This works so well for constipation. I was having terrible pregnancy related constipation and ended up with hemorrhoids. My nutrition coach suggested this and it worked by the next morning!! I continue to take half the recommended dose (which works for me) every night and i have had no problems with constipation since. I have already recommended to several people and will continue to do so! 10/10 recommend!

A big pricy but works just fine start out with 2 or 3 capsules then add one more if you need too. Powerful.

This stuff works!!
The old oxy powder pills would clean you out in one trip to the bathroom but it doesn’t seem to still be available. This stuff is great but takes a few more trips. Take six or eight before you go to bed with a lot of water and the next morning, ten minutes or so after you get up, it will hit you. It’s activated by the water so force yourself to drink as much as you can. If you feel like you’re drinking too much and actually get full on water, then it’s probably the right amount of water. You’ll probably take five or six trips to the bathroom in a couple of hours but it will clean you out. If it doesn’t amaze you, you may need to go to the doctor. This stuff will blow you out!

Works great!
These are a great dupe for a more expensive brand. I don’t get cramps but if you take the 4 pills recommended for a nice cleanse, you will get a little warning something’s about to happen so make sure you do it when you can be home or as an overnight thing.

It works
1st time used 4 pils with lots of water. Next morning my gut gently emptied. 5 days later just used w pills with 8 oz water at night. Worked great. This is much better than drinking the obnoxious C02 Cleanse I was buying.

Works as advertised
No cathartic supplements have ever really worked for me but this product was recommended by a friend and I figured it was worth a try. I can’t speak to its efficacy over time, but I’ve used it twice now and I found it to work exactly as it says it will.

Worth the buy
Sometimes you have to take it several times to work, but it’s much more reliable than any other OTC product. Doesn’t keep you feeling sick all day like other meds.
