Works Beautidully
I love the shower . Has multiple spray directions in the features. Had a question and was responded to in fair time. It's brilliantly made. Finish is lovely. The digital screen and lights are worked like hydro power, no batteries not electricity needed. Has a filter behind the panel. Overall it works fine

Not worth purchasing!!
Looks nice, but started breaking within a month. One of the LED lights on the handles started flickering and eventually went out before the first month. Then a second one stopped working a couple of weeks after that. The temp sensor is also not working properly after a couple of months. When I run the cold water, the temperature screen shows 100 degrees. Also the customer service and warranty are not a thing. I tried reaching out and never got an answer and of course by the time I noticed it falling apart it was passed the 30 days return window. Would not recommend spending your money with this item.

my husband bought the beautiful shower tower for our new bathroom, it works like a dream, great pressure, easy to install, and you can use it without lights on, because of the LED lights, it is very romantic

Check for Pre-Installed Water Volume Reducer
Love this shower after about 7 months. However, over time, the pressure was being reduced slowly, to the point that the turbine for the electronics no longer worked. But this can be fixed! I removed the pre-installed volume reducer... it was located in the silver hose between the main valve and the black turbine. REMOVE THIS IF IT IS THERE. Some states/localities might not have it pre-installed. It took a few grains of rust to clog that reducer up - ridiculous - GRAIN-SIZE, man. Grains of sand literally ruined my daily shower experience for months! But the reducer is gone... Now, my shower experience is even better than when I first installed it. This is imperative to make the electronics work, and also for the center body spray. With the reducer - the center body spray feature was pathetic from first installation. Now it is AWESOME.

Do not buy
The finish has worn off & LED display quit working after 9 months. Getting ahold of a representative about the warranty is impossible I will not recommend this company to anyone.

Poor Quality.
I bought 2. One was good. One of them stopped working (cold water side) in less then 3 months. You get what you play for.

Average shower head
Why did you pick this product vs others?: The main rain shower is fine - but all the other jets are just blah ! No pressure for a massage jet. I had to keep dismantling and removing the pressure washers. Even then not much pressure.
