Best serum containing Vitamin c Niacinamide is I think clearcut vitamin c face serum. This is my experience of using serum for skin brightening or skin whitening. Its around 6 months I am using clearcut vitamin c niacinamide face serum for my dull skin. Now it looks shiny and toned. It become soft also. My skin tone improved a lot. It is recognizable as many old friends of my collage gave complement to me about may make over. No more chip chipi oily skin now. I applying serum at night only. I massage it and it get quickly absorbed into the skin within 5 min. Very good quality serum. Brilliant packaging. cost is also less and affordable. It takes time to show results but it gives results, that the main thing. So I will recommend use atleast for about 4-5 months and then see results instead of comparing day to day basis. Removing acne or pimples from your skin is long process and time taking. It will check your patience and determination. Have faith on clearcut serum as like me and use for atleast 6 months and see results. You will be happy to see your clear shiny and brighter skin.

This serum did wonders to my skin. I have finished 4 bottles of it. It clears the pigmentation and effective on both dry and oily skin. It doesn't have any scent, doesn't feel oily, dries up really quick.
