Can you set up a bottle in the warmer ahead of time and start it from the app

Not really. The app can't wake the warmer which and it has an auto shutoff. Kind of an over site if you ask me.

Can I use this with Mam bottles? or heat breast milk bags?

MAM bottles with removable bottoms aren't ideal because the bottle sits in a warm water bath. Because of this water tends to collect in the threads and spill out when feeding. We have found heating in a different bottle then transferring to MAM bottles after works better. Regarding breast milk bags, we have defrosted and heated them in the machine, however because of the warm water bath and shape, the bags don't fit perfectly and tend to defrost from the bottom up. We have had better luck just putting breast milk bags in a Tupperware with warm water, they defrost pretty quickly. Machine works great though both with breast milk and formula. Had different settings to accommodate both and is easy to use.

can this be used under 220v?

No, not without an inverter/ converter/ adapter that can handle a current of 4.4 amps. Unit is 120V, 500W, 4.4amps.

Can this be charged and used without the adapter? Just in case if I was outside home?

Must be plugged in to power source.

Product did not turn on from beginning!! Horrible experience please be vigilant when purchasing

I bought a baby brezze bottle warmer from this seller. Please be vigilant as I did not open the product till a month after due to baby due date, once opened the product did not turn on at all. Completely not working from the get Go. Tried to attempt a refund but the response was to get it back to them within a a couple of days or I would not get one. It was a weekend and Amazon had not sent me return label. So I spent over £100 for a product that did not turn on and isn’t working and am not able to get refund. My advice don’t buy from such a seller whose customer service is like this! Any company or seller would understand if the product did not turn in at the first attempt deserves a refund out of good will! It would be different if I had use the product even once and then it stopped working! Anyways beware! Horrible experience and horrible customer service both from seller and Amazon!
