These feel good on my feet since I wear the steel toe sneakers for 8-10 hours a day

The insoles that seem to have more firm arch supports do not work for my feet as my arch is on the low side. These insoles actually make my feet hurt more. Not made for my feet.

I stand on my feet all day and my feet no longer hurt. These give good support.

These are super comfy. Fit me perfect. I wear a size 7 women's and got the small. They fit perfectly. My only down side is that you have to remove the soul of your shoe and install these. Other wise you are going to be bulging out of your shoe.

Did not work for anything they claim

No more feet pain I am able to work my full 10 hr shift. I use to get off work early because my feet hurt so bad… but these soles work miracles I can work my full 10 hrs.

I love these soles, I work in retail so Im on my feet all day and running around you name it. Since throwing these soles in my Converse my feet dont ache or anything after wearing them for over 8hrs each day. Plus very universal with any shoe i own which is also an added plus in meh books

I wear a size 6.5 women's shoe. I got the XS size based on the seller's description. These are very comfortable and do provide arch and heal support, however for me the arch support is about a quarter inch off. I wish the "arch" was a bit further toward my toes. I can't move my foot further back because of the heel support. I don't know if the next size up would fit better. I'm not sure if it's just my foot but I thought I would share that if you're close to the maximum size for this insole (women's size 7 was the upper size) and you are wanting this for arch support, you might want to consider going up a size.
