No it's not fanless it had a small fan over the cpu. The fan runs almost silent. I have mine mounted to the back of my tv and I don't hear the fan running, but if I get real close to it I can hear it but only I get real close to it.

Does this have windows 10 64 bit installed ? Also are both ram and SSD upgradeable?

It comes with Windows 10 Home edition with 64-bits. I upgraded the memory to 8GB with no issues. The SSD is removable, but I did not upgrade mine.

Excellent Value if You Only Need Basic Usage

This little unit is all solid state, and performs well for a low-end (performance-wise) system. If you have a need for a system that doesn't need a lot of storage space and you do not need to run a lot of apps simultaneously, this should serve you well.

Clear the clutter

This is a home use device that frees up desk space. A little awkward to turn on/off with it attached to back of monitor but it works.
