Lovely but watch out for the sizing
Not yet worn it (well it is still August after all) so will come back (if I remember later in autumn) to review it more once wearing it in all weathers. Looks lovely. Hope it will be hard wearing. A tip re sizing: I was really confused with the general information on site. Would have been much more help to me if the seller had stated actual UK sizes equivalents (eg 12, 14, 16 etc etc). I did notice on various listings though that this coat came in a bit on the small side from other customers reviews and was grateful for that. I also went into a local Trespass store to suss out their sizing (they did not have this coat in stock, hence bough via Amazon) and noticed that Trespass were equating size UK 14 to their Large labels and UK size 16 to their XL labels. Given that i wanted a coat with plenty of room inside for layering of clothes in the winter (being a very cold bunny!), I decide to order the XL. Sure enough, when it arrived with me it was labelled as XL/size 16 (UK).Now, I am actually a size UK 12-14 max in clothing and this size 16 coat certainly doesn't feel overly big, even with light summer clothes on. And it seems exactly right for when I add a jumper or fleece in the colder weather. I think that a size L (equivalent UK 14) would have been pushing it (and I am under 8.7 stone and only 5 foot in height!). So...I hope that this sizing experience my end may help others. My advice would be to try going up a size (unless you like your coats very very tight of course!!). Like the length: longer cut than many jackets (though not a full length coat of course and I am a shortie in height!).LATER: 1 winter on and now in second winter: this coat is brilliant. Very warm without being overly heavy and definitely keeps out biting winds and cold very efficiently. Impressed and pleased, as I tend to feel the cold badly even when others don't. Never makes me feel boiling hot either, once I go into shops from the cold, as its breathability features do indeed seem to work well. I do get a lot of friends asking me where I got it from.

Perfect Mid Season Parka
Warm and weatherproof for mid-season days rather than for full freezing winter temperatures although I've been warm enough in mine with just a longsleeve T and scarf and jeans. Longer line style, so keeps the upper legs and derriere warm and there is a soft fleece inner at the shoulders and upper back and the hood. The lightly quilted fabric from waist down makes this parka-type jacket perfect for early spring/late autumn and it's been waterproof in fairly constant light rain. It has a front zip and velcro fastening right up to the neck leading into the fur-trim hood that you can tighten with toggle to keep the wind out and stop the hood flying off. This is my most windproof jacket yet. With two smaller zip pockets at the top for small things like keys, the lower patch pockets are deep and fastened with velcro on the pocket flap. The patch pockets are combined with an ingenious side pocket which you can slide your hands into easily if it's cold. Drawbacks are the hood's fur trim is not removable, the velcro can snag finer fabric scarves and check the sizes as the cut is fairly slim. Also I have no idea yet how well it will wash.

Comfy, light and warm
I love the coat because it fits me! It's not the case usually, because I'm petite - 150 cm tall, 45 kg; and most of the time I buy kids size clothes. That coat has a very slim fit, and the sleeve length is perfect for me, which is rear. The material is nice and pleasant to touch, and the hood is lined with fleece - another good point because I don't wear hats.It definitely looks more expensive than it is!

It is bigger than your size is.
I am usually a size M, but I have read previous reviews and I decided to buy 1 size smaller. I have to tell size S is a still big for me, but it is fine. Hat is a bit useless in windy weather. It has very good long sleeves which is good, because all coats I tried before had short sleeves for me. I really recommend this coat for others.

Good buy
Bought as I needed a fully waterproof coat to replace one now much too big. Certainly waterproof but the lining makes it too warm for this time of year although it will come into it's own as the weather changes. Very comfortable, sizing good , I would have preferred not to have fur around the hood on an otherwise waterproof coat but difficult to avoid, they all seem to have it.

Does what it says on the tin.
I love this coat. This was the 11th coat, of different brands, including crosshatch, super dry, that I had ordered. The others were sent back for various reasons. This coat is lightweight, waterproof, warm, good looking and a great colour. (Teal). It meets all my expectations for a winter coat. Plenty of roomy pockets. The only drawback is that it is slightly small. I would advise getting one size larger than required in order to fit a winter jumper underneath. But all in all great coat and reasonably priced..

For tall people! I m 5'3. Better on 5'6"
Sleeves far too long. Not a flattering look! . Have shortened them by 3 inches! On the long side!Warm and showerproof.
