Does what it promises
The hardware does what it promises. Send the information to the server quickly OWL. The website works well, but does not offer much information as the PC's USB software.Although improved is acceptable. The Android application is very poor. No shows graphs or data download possibility. Worse MALFUNCTION, only shows the current data but not historical. The historical data are always 0

As expected but look for a better smart heating brand
Unit was as expected, it was to replace a defective one, plugged in and reconnected all my devices back to it without an issue. I wouldn't advise buying owl intuition in general though. They originally gimmicked that this service would remain free but they are starting to look at subscription fees. I would not pay for this service as their updates and tech support are not good by any means. I'd rather pay for a better service with the likes of hive from British gas. Plus Hive's devices are much better aesthetically As a free service it works good but when that runs out and they start charging subscription fees I will be looking for a different provider and service

Would not recommend, going in the bin
Simply does not work, intermittent pairing with CM160 tx unit. Intuition website management only showed adverts..... NO GRAPHS!!! Would not recommend, going in the bin. Oh, and no answers back from their websites support portal!!

Shipping perfect and punctual (UK-> Italy) having already a CM-119 has just connected immediately recognized, 5 minutes to set it and everything works perfectly

Great piece of kit
Easy to set up - took 30 mins including wiring up the room stat (bought seperately). Can now control our heating system when away and noone else can mess with it cus only I know the password!

started charging for connection then cut me off when I complained about service problems
I have several of the owl devices, they started charging annually for the service but despite paying my system hasn't worked properly for months with a pop up on the app saying non payment, this has happened on 2 consecutive years, when I complained telling them to "sort themselves out" they refunded my payment and told me they didnt want me as a customer due to my abuse!, this will make all the devices I bought unusable.
