Not as effective as thought but I do take codiene tablets. Think they would be more effective if not taking medication.

I used to take the Advanced One A Day Colon Cleanse, couldn’t find them anywhere so assume they not being made now. I take 2 of these and I like how they encourage natural muscle movement instead of an actual laxative, and they great for growth of good bacteria

Great tablets
I’ve been taking theses tablets for years as it gets you out of trouble when your slightly constipated. My sister moved abroad and couldn’t go for weeks and this tablet helped her tremendously.
