Samsung Galaxy S23 5G Factory Unlocked 128GB - Phantom Black (Renewed)

I received this in today and got it set up for my mom. I ordered this in excellent condition. This works perfectly. My mom is very impressed. She was skeptical it being renewed. I of course am always worried it won't work with our carrier but it did. I haven't seen anyone list their carrier but we go with Cricket. It works great. Just took the Sim out of the old one and put it in the new with no issues. This phone actually feels really good in your hand ir runs super smooth and actually feels super smooth. The quality is actually impressive for the price. A bit jealous even though I just got the Z Fold 5. 100% recommend if it supports your carrier. This is the best phone for this price range. The quality renewed i would have thought it would be $500 at least. If youre on the fence get this. You won't be disappointed.

Works great, good delivery, a little rough around the edge but it's decent with a phone case on it. I miss having a headphone jack. The charging port can't be used while listening to music via Aux.

This is a very beautiful cellphone and works just like a brand new phone.

The packaging was poor. The S23 phone came in an oversized box with paper padding. The phone itself was loose in another box with a flimsy single layer bubble wrap envelope < 1/8" thick. The phone did not charge. I tried the included (cheap) charger and my own Samsung charger for over 4 hours. Battery was dead. Return in progress. Also, note that returns may be free, but you have to print your own label. UPS no longer provides that service for Amazon.

Everything works great! Battery life is still exceptional, screen has zero scratches and there is minimal scratches on the body of the phone. The only issue I have is that around one of the camera lenses there appears to be a small crack, but it doesn’t seem to affect the quality of the photos. Overall though, I am very happy with the purchase!

This phone is great and works perfectly. It’s fast, reliable, and has had no issues at all. My phone service works smoothly with it—calls are clear, texts go through instantly, and data is stable. Battery life is solid and everything runs like it should. Overall, I’m very happy with this phone and would definitely recommend it.

Phone works as should, good battery life, and was in great condition.

Functions fine, but back was dirty and screen was scratched. Outside of that, I love this phone. The battery life is very long, charging is fast, and it is very snappy.
