Samsung Galaxy S23 5G Factory Unlocked 128GB - Phantom Black (Renewed)

This phone is great and works perfectly. It’s fast, reliable, and has had no issues at all. My phone service works smoothly with it—calls are clear, texts go through instantly, and data is stable. Battery life is solid and everything runs like it should. Overall, I’m very happy with this phone and would definitely recommend it.

Works great, good delivery, a little rough around the edge but it's decent with a phone case on it. I miss having a headphone jack. The charging port can't be used while listening to music via Aux.

Everything works great! Battery life is still exceptional, screen has zero scratches and there is minimal scratches on the body of the phone. The only issue I have is that around one of the camera lenses there appears to be a small crack, but it doesn’t seem to affect the quality of the photos. Overall though, I am very happy with the purchase!

Update: I tried again. This phone appears to be functioning perfectly. (Seems like it was supplied by a different "renewer" than the first one.) A couple very minor dings around the rim of the phone body, but can't even see them because I use a case. Originally: I think Amazon should reimburse me the difference in price (this one was about $15 more than the first one) because it wasn't my fault for needing to spend again/more. Their Customer Service is usually stellar, so I expect no issues. If I haven't updated this update, assume all went well. Update: Unexpectedly, I got pushback initially from Customer Service. Their policy, the agent said, is not to price-match items from 3rd-party sellers. OK, I get that, but that's a non-sequitur. YOU (Amazon) sold me a defective item the first time. YOU engage your suppliers, I don't. I buy from YOU. I shouldn't be penalized for YOUR bad business decision. I said the right thing to do is consider my lifetime customer value, not this one specific purchase (ask me how I'm aware of this concept in Big Retail), and not damage my loyalty. If, as YOUR tagline says, YOU are "Earth's most customer-centric company," then YOU should be paying this penalty, not me. The agent finally offered me the maximum "promotional certificate" he could--which amounted to the approximate price difference. Had the difference been greater, I would have escalated to a supervisor with more authority to make things right. First try: Item took longer to ship/arrive than stated in the listing. Then, come to find out, the camera was non-operational. Amazon Renewed Guarantee is supposed to include having been "professionally inspected" and "rigorously tested." Very disappointing. Will try again, hopefully not against my better judgement.

What can I say it beats a I phone

I purchased an unlocked phone listed in excellent condition. The phone was unlocked, and I was able to transfer all my data (contacts, images, apps, etc.) from my old Samsung device, so the setup took minutes. The speed and battery life, which were primary concerns, are excellent. I use the phone moderately with data, so I charge daily, the same as my previous phone. The wear on the phone was my only negative. I think it could have been much better considering it's listed in "excellent condition". I received a slip with the phone identifying its Dr Phone rating as "B". I reached out to the seller, and they said B was the best refurbished, while A ratings are for new phones. The few scratches are on one side of the screen and hard to see. Any other wear is covered by the case, except the wear around the charging port (that one is obvious from a distance, mainly because the phone is black, so the silver contrasts well).

Works well. A few scratches on the side panel's. I've got a case for it so it doesn't matter. All in all very good phone for reconditioned. 👍

An overall great purchase, especially for the price. The S23 is still a great phone in 2025 (for reference I came from the S10), from the performance to its material and design. I am also very impressed, as this is a renewed product and I received the phone in mint condition. Even better, there was a screen protector already pre-applied with no bubbles and scratches. You might be worried about the battery life, but its again, mint condition. My phone usually lasts one day and a half without charge, and let me mind you this is a 120hz screen with a snapdragon processer. As for the camera, its also mint, there are no scratches/nicks and the photos are extremely crisp and clear compared to my old S10. Finally, as for performance, its snappy and fluid, there is not much here to worry about.

La vddd, es un buen producto, la camra funciona, las bocinas del celular tmb, el dispotivo va con co.pleta normalidad a mi parecer, pero siento que aveces se puede calentar mucho sin exigirle al telefono con aplicaciones muy pesadas, fuera de ahi todo esta bien
