When I purchased this, I thought it was going to be a cheaper quality, but everything was so well built and it was super easy to put together. The edge bars allow for you to mount lights or cameras to it OR you can cover them up. It comes with some grips that I used to mount my camera with and the mount is very solid and I would trust it to hold quite a bit of weight. I am a video game streamer and this made my setup a lot more organized and did exactly what I needed it to do! GREAT PRODUCT!

This mount is very sturdy and easy to assemble. I wish it were a bit shorter to fit in my newer light carrying case, but the overall build quality is excellent. Works well for holding cameras, phones, or other accessories securely.

Product works as describe, it make it easy to have a camera setup for overhead view and many other angles. However, I notice that one of the poles that is used to mount to the desk or table, was not straight and had a slight bend that made it lean to one side. This doesn't make huge impact on the position of the camera since this does come with a clamp with a ball joint to pivot or angle it in a way where i can compensate for the issues. however it is notice able when i put my lights on top of the pole. There needs to be better control on the build quality, yes it pretty sturdy and can hold the weight of whatever you put on it. good range of height and adjustability.

Very happy with the quality and sturdiness for the price. Very easy to assemble and the telescopic limbs clamp nice and tight. The reason I had to take a star off is the design of the C-clamps, specifically the tightening mechanism. My desk has an desk top to clamp to, but has solid wood sheets vertically beneath. This means that there is a lip large enough to fit the clamp completely, but not enough room to fully turn the handle to tighten. This is because the horizontal length of the clamp handle extends far beyond the footprint of the c-clamp end brackets. Any easy solution on the next iteration would be to fit it with a smaller handle or knob that fits wholly within the footprint of the clamp. Another option would be to add a telescoping handle like you see in vices. Overall very happy bit this one flaw was a pretty unfortunate oversight for an otherwise well engineered piece of equipment.

I got this for my still life/macro studio. I am impressed with the quality and the ease of set up. It allows me to attach my LED lights to be more creative with the placement. I've been struggling to find something that could give me a good top down view while creating and this does an excellent job while not being crazily priced. Very easy to set up, no additional tools needed.
