Very nice. Great quality. Just the right size and love the color. This is part of the set I purchased for my granddaughter’s wedding gift.

Flaw in one handle but excellent customer service
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I picked these 16 oz. coffee mugs because they match my Le Tauci bowls and crocks. Unfortunately, as I poured coffee into one of the mugs, I heard a pop & the bottom part of the handle cracked. I did contact the company & they responded quickly. They could not replace just this one mug since it came in a set, so as a resolution they offered a partial refund. They did indicate they will also investigate & determine what could've caused the quality issue, so I feel like they are concerned about it. I have not had any issues with the crocks that also have handles. Overall, this is a good product. Maybe just a fluke.
