Great service, work great good experience overall
I bought the first pair and there was a problem, they sent me a new one, no questions asked, and paid for shipping. I recently tried "true hearing aids" and found I like these better so I came back and bought another pair.NOTE: before you buy go to the website, they run sales

Inconforme

Did not work
The hearing aids didn’t work at all. Unfortunately we had already discarded the packaging so we couldn’t return them. Buyer beware!

Hear more clearly
These hearing aids provide clear sound and are comfortable. The left one charges much more slowly than the right, at least according to the lights. There is no way to determine if it’s the case or the hearing aid. The unit does charge and does work so I guess I shouldn't worry over it. The stabilizing bar on the right unit is bent the wrong way and has to be tucked in the front of my ear, but sometimes won’t stay and I end up just letting it stick out. The booklet says that the eartips should be replaced every three to six months, but there is no information on how to obtain more. This next part is due to me not the hearing aids. My ability to get along with the controls is uneven. Some days I turn them on and off and if I need to change volume it all goes as it should. Other times I cannot get the buttons to respond or when they do I end up going to other than the standard ‘program’ (the ‘Restaurant’ program works!) when the button finally does respond. I hope I can learn to be a better button pusher because these are helpful. I think they help my husband as much as they help me.

Enhanced hearing for a fraction of the price
The media could not be loaded. I've had hearing problems as long as I can remember. I had hearing aids growing up and through to my 20's but eventually lost them. I never was able to replace them because they cost thousands of dollars and my insurance didn't cover them. So, for the past decade or so I've just been making do with the hearing I did have. I can hear, but there's a lot of "what's that?" and "huh?" Anyway, I learned recently that hearing aids have been made available for over the counter purchase, ending the hearing aid monopoly and allowing some healthy competition. This leads to lower pricing and higher availability. I saw these on Amazon and ordered them up. The main thing I like about these is that they are rechargeable. That means no more need for hearing aid batteries. That is a huge improvement over my 90s hearing aids. The earbuds fit nicely and are comfortable. There are a variety of sizes, including little tiny earbuds which must be for babies. It does take some getting used to as they fit into the ear canal. The audio is definitely enhanced. I can hear things I normally could not hear such as my cats footsteps and the car blinker. There's no doubt that they're an improvement. The sound quality is a bit robotic, but that has always been the case with any hearing aid I've tried before. Overall I'd say that these work well and I look forward to being able to hear dialogue better.

An Affordable Alternative
As I’ve gotten older, my hearing has started to suffer. I found myself saying “what” and “huh” more and more, and not only was it annoying for me, it was really annoying my kids and wife. So I decided to try a cheap alternative to use around the house. This hearing aid amplifier, offers a very simple to use alternative to high-priced hearing aids. The simple over that you design it’s tidy up behind your ear and offers a wire that just goes inside like an earbud.Battery life seems to go on forever, in fact, I’ve never run the batteries out. All function, plugging in at night when you sleep, use it all day the next day. They do have a look of an old-school hearing aid, but they amplify Well and the controls are a breeze to use. You may fumble around a bit at first, but within a year or two it becomes intuitive and muscle memory takes over. The price is great, and if taken care of it should last for years to come.

This does add sound to your ears
This does add sound to your ears. The amplification is good. Fits snug. I wish it was just a little stronger though.
