These are fantastic for a quick lunch or dinner especially during lent. They taste so great. They’re easy to carry. They can in the lead can even be reused and it comes with a tiny fork. It is delicious and I highly recommend.

Enjoyed the Tuna Salad with Quinoa. This is a quick light meal that satisfies. Not too much not to little, but just right. The can is darned hard to open, but it's worth what's inside.

Love the ingredients and the great taste. Are by itself or as a side-dish.

Very oily, mostly corn and little tuna. In a word: GROSS!!!!Do not recommend it.

My whole family enjoys this very much. We did not find it dry at all. If anything we would like it to have a little less oil in it but overall it is flavourful, filling and very tasty. Great for taking anywhere. Some of my family members have started to take it for lunch. Highly recommend this product. Please bring it to Toronto!

Pretty tasty which is fortunate since it's about $4.50 each which is quite expensive for a snack. The cans are also very close to impossible to open. I put myself in a ton of physical pain trying to open this. It felt like the metal tan was going to pull through my finger before ever getting it to budge after cracking the lid ever so slightly. I ended up having to put a story pair of scissors through the tab, and working it as a lever against the top of the lid to peel it back. I couldn't get it past the halfway point then and had to give up, my carpal tunnel screaming at me. For $4.50 a can, I expect to be able to open it and enjoy the food. The addition of a spork is very nice.

The food was good, not dry or overly oily. The only problem I have is that the can is really hard to open. A few times I had to use a pliers to pull it open.
