Decent print right out of the box
I purchased this printer to prototype parts before having them cut form steel. I followed a youtube video on assembly and it was easy and straight forward. All the tools to assemble were included. I drew up a small flat washer in FreeCad and used Cura to slice it. Loaded the sd card into the printer and hit print on the touchscreen. The part printed without issue. It worked better then expected right out of the bow and I dont have any experience with any 3 d printers. I do have an issue with the base of the prints (elephants foot) but that is on me and figuring out the setting to adjust to correct it. Overall I am very pleased with the printer and am glad I purchased it. It wont take long at all for it to pay for itself.

Great stronger printer with only the slightest of flaws
This is a fantastic beginner printer. It's not the fastest on the market but it prints with very good quality and the wide of variety of filaments it can use and the large build volume makes for a great tool for both beginners and hobbiest to be able to learn and practice their skill. Small problems, manual leveling with the build plate, but this is a great opportunity for newbies like myself to learn what spacing is needed and how to fix many issues. The spool holder is just a rod that holds the spool, in my opinion putting a spinning rod on a bearing that is the actual diameter of the internal hole on the spool would help mitigate jams although I have not had an issue with jams yet at all. Overall this is a great printer at a very low price that seems to hold up to the abuse of someone learning 3d printing from no prior experience

What do you need to know?
This is very beginners friendly. If you want something that finishes your product faster then, this might not be for you. I have noticed that the final product has great quality even if it takes longer. For the price I love this 3D printer.

Kinda Disappointed
As the title says, I'm kinda disappointed. This is a beautiful, large, very user friendly printer that prints very smoothly if you're using the right filament. Very quiet so I can run it through the night. Came with detailed instructions and pretty decent tools. My only concern is that after only a week of use the filament sensor broke causing the project I was printing to be incomplete and unsalvageable wasting almost an entire spool of filament. Luckily it came with an extra sensor so after I swapped it out it's working great again. Not looking too great for the future though if this is the kind of wear and tear to be expected.

Good beginner budget printer
It works great. This is my first printer so I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect as far as quality and print quality but I’m satisfied with its performance. Only putting 3 stars though because it took forever to ship out and it arrived defective. I was already expecting a bit of a wait time because of my location but it took almost a whole month to get shipped out. In total I waited about 2 months just for it to arrive with a defective power supply. I wasn’t gonna wait for it to get replaced so i opted to drop some more money on a replacement power supply and then return it if that wasn’t the only issue but thankfully that solved the issue. As far as print quality it doesn’t blow me away but for what it is and my purposes it does a great job. I will probably be upgrading the extruder gears in the future. It’s a little too tight and smashes the filament a bit and you can’t adjust it. I dialed in some other settings and it seems to not be that big of an issue now. Print bed sags in the middle and you can’t level it perfectly. I ordered a new PEI sheet hopefully that fixes that issue. I would say it’s a great entry budget printer. Great for making test parts and large prints. The print quality itself isn’t amazing but it could just be I haven’t gotten my settings dialed in perfectly yet and also could be my filament I’m seeing issues that might be due to humidity and the filament being a little damp. It’s also very quiet I can almost sleep with it going about 5ft away. Assembling the printer was pretty easy. Only note I would make is the diagonal support bars you can’t adjust them like a turnbuckle you have to unscrew them from the brackets and count threads/rotations and check if it’s square each time. It’s a little annoying but once it’s over it’s not a big deal. Only other thing would be the bed leveling dials backing out after a while but I found a print online to replace them with stepped ones that click. I could do without the struggle I’ve had with this machine but I have learned a lot from working with it so I say it was worth it. Also it seems most of the issues I’ve ran into aside from the defective parts have been normal issues you will run into with any printer.

Setup is very easy, great beginner printer.
Used this printer for many projects, including light sabers, snakes with multiple moving parts, boats, frisbee, large multi-piece ship, and many other items using PLA and PETG filaments. Print quality is great and files are easy to transfer from the Cura and Tinker Cad websites to the printer. The printer menu is intuitive and easy to use.

Eh we'll see
Got this in 23' as a Christmas gift I'm not a tech savvy person but it went together easy. I just recently started trying to put it to use, that's where things have gone wrong. First the limit switch that is supposed to stop the printing head from going to far down is mounted to low and doesn't stop it. There are not enough instructions on how to use it especially for a first time user. I believe at this point after an attempted use that and the above mentioned limit switch that the extruder head is so badly damaged that it won't allow the material to come out, it also during that same attempt gouged the heated surface so badly you can clearly see the out line of the project that it was attempting to print. So at this point I guess I'm either going to throw it out or try and sell it and get a few dollars out of it.

Longer LK5 Pro
I have owned this printer for over 5 months now and use it basically every day. I bought it because I already owned a Longer laser and it has been incredible so I decided to stay with the same company and have had no regrets. It might be a little slower than some but the quality of the prints it produces is unmatched. I also like the fact that the build area is a little bigger than most.
