When the product was received, the box was damaged. The fan itself was not harmed, but it seems it was not handled properly during delivery. Because of that, its aerodynamics have been affected. However, the fan is still working well and overall is a good product.

recently placed an order for 2 ceiling fans, but unfortunately, the items delivered were incomplete and mismatched. I received only the motor (head) from one fan and only the blades (wings) from the other.
