Value for money. As it has a ribbed surface like cane, should be marginally more rigid

I bought two stools, the first one was fine, the second one was twisted out of shape with only three legs touching the floor. This shows that the dealer was aware of this but stealthily tried to palm the defective stool on to me. Now awaiting a replacement
