I just received it yesterday so I don't know if it is going to help with my shoulder pain as I have a torn rotater cuff. The only thing that I noticed is that the cord wants to slip out of the cuff very easily, very loose fit..

I love this device when it works! I have bought two of these, and they work great for a few months, then they seem to stop working, at least both of mine have. No clear indication on how to get customer support.

This does help with lower backpain. Not sure if it's the heat or the red light or both
