We bought these Magnetic Cabinet Locks for when our grandkids come visit. They are very easy to put on. To install: you clean the cabinets or drawers with alcohol first, then you place the magnetic lock on. It is best if you allow a minimum of 24 hours for them to dry. The magnetic lock can be left unlocked when you don’t need to use them, and locked when you do. If you want to you can screw them in as well.We keep the magnetic opener up above the hood of the stove out of the kids way.One thing I would recommend is that you don’t allow your kids or grandkids to play with magnetic alphabet letters on the refrigerator if you’ve installed these because they might be able to open the locks.

I liked that the cabinet locks were easy to install and did not require screws but I worry if they will be able to hold up to a toddler tugging at it repeatly overtime. Also, I originally liked the idea that I could turn off and on the locking mechanism but now I worry that I or my spouse will forget to turn it back on defeating the purpose. The switch also seems a little flimsy. I think metal would make it seem more secure. There are only 2 keys for the 12 locks which is fine if you are using it in just 2 rooms however my locks are spread out in 4 rooms so I wish I had more keys.The corner blockers are too bulky to be effective for my needs (corners of coffee table) they extend over the top of the corner and the next day my arm bumped it and it fell right off. These are only effective on straight corners with right angles and approximately 1 inch thick (if smaller it will bump off)

I have two small babies Under two and my toddler is constantly opening and closing cabinets. I have used other safety locks before but he has broken all of them until now. This is the best cabinet locks I have ever purchased and I couldn't be happier. It is so easy to put together. The instructions are clear and straight forward. A lot comes in this box and I love how the cabinet locks are magnetic. I loved it so much that I got other parents to get this. It's definitely a necessity.I am so pleased with this.

I had purchased another brand before this one and had a good experience and durability. So when it came time to get another box I saw this product with similar items and 3m sticky sides. However this is an inferior product. The sticky part was not sticky on 2 of the catches. 1 or the locks didn’t work at all. And day 1, one has already been successfully broke off by the toddler. Can’t wait to have all the rest get broken off. Day 2 another 2 locks have come off. All lock catches have come off in the matter for 2 weeks. Customer service contacted me and issued me a replacement product it’s suppose to be the new and improved line with screw holes and screws to mount onto the cabnits. I have confidence these will hole up.

Blocks my toddler from getting into many - compatible - cabinets.Compatibility depends up locations you can stick/install the catch within the cabinet. some cabinets it may be impossible for. I don't find this to be the fault of the company.We leave some of the magnetic unlockers on our fridge, they scratch it up so leave them somewhere else.I bought these because my toddler figured out how to unlatch the other types of locks - strap locks - at 11 months. These definitely have prevented my toddler from accessing many things.Adults may end up frustrated due to their own inconvenience but it's worth it.

I Love this set and the kitchen looks beautiful because you can't see that the cabinets are childproofed. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE MAGNETS ON THE COUNTER LIKE ME BECAUSE I DID THAT AND THE MAGNET STUCK TO A POT THAT I PUT ON THE STOVE. RIGHT AFTER I TURNED THE STOVE ON, THE MAGNET WENT UP IN FLAMES . I blew the fire out fast but just want to let people know to put the magnets back on the fridge or wherever you decide to put them so it does not happen to you.

They worked well... until they didn’t anymore.They were pretty easy to install, with the exception of a few hiccups. I’ve had them on there since winter time, it’s June now. Inexplicably, my daughter walks into the kitchen last night, grabs onto one of the doors like she normally, but this time it just opened right up. I was immediately concerned. I tried playing with the lever, tried uninstalling, and reinstalling... nothing. I checked the others, and they stayed closed. It was the pots and pans drawer, so it wasn’t a biggie, but still concerningI decided I better buy some new ones from another company, just in case the other did that. Then this morning, she pulled on the cabinet with the chemicals in it, and that one popped right open. Now I have to go spend more money today on cabinet locks.Absolutely would not recommend.

Our daughter bought these for their home and they worked great! It’s amazing how strong these magnets are. So thankful that we do not need to drill holes in our cabinets.We bought two sets and this morning my husband began installing them. The first set worked perfectly. The second set looked as though it had been opened. Some of the pieces were missing and some of the locks were not working. We are wondering if the second set had been returned by someone. Can we get a second set?

My father is 91 years old and has Alzheimer’s. I have the same need to keep him out of cupboards and drawers in the kitchen and bathroom that you would for a child. In his confusion he will do things like use shaving cream as toothpaste and try to cut off his adult diapers with knives from the kitchen so I needed something strong enough to stop him from opening the drawers/cupboards. I love that these have a magnetic opening device which makes it super easy for me to open. I used the red tape that is included to install them and it works great. He has the strength of an adult and can’t open the doors. They are working perfectly for us.

I work with adults of varying learning disabilities. After being given the clearance to put these on the cupboards in the kitchen (health and safety concerns), I fitted them to a few. Easy to attach, although I have had to use screws on one, it is an adult trying to open the cupboard, after all. Being able to disable the fasten is a great bonus. Haven't used the corner cushions for a table that are included as a freebie.

Even better than I expected. Such a cool idea and so easy to install and use. Love the magnet keys and that you can sort of switch the lock off if you don't want to constantly undo it while you're using cupboards. Seriously, best baby proofing thing I've ever used. Also props for the funny little instruction "can be screwed in incase your child is Hercules" gave me a laugh

Updated review, my son is 1 and has managed to break these locks. While the stickers are super strong he has managed to break the plastic levers by pulling so hard the catch broke and the drawers are now a free for all! This is the third one he has broken... I reckon he may be the little Hercules you cannot guard against!

That’s horrible thing....not holding without screwing,several locks were broken right the way (the main part is not in 1 peace, so after installing and opening the lock was falling apart and that’s really annoying).U can put it together but it's falling apart constantly, really unhappy and this is jus waisted money,regret of this purchase...
