This product is simple and easy to use. Sleeps comfortably on a 4-5yr old head just doesn’t hold as much tension over time and use. Docked 1 star for that reason.

I ordered (2) for our 10 year olds. I was disappointed because they were way too small on their narrow faces. Probably better fit for ages 3-7

this chin strap, unlike the one I had previously purchased, has a strap with a Velcro closure in the back. Because of the closure it stays on while I sleep.! And the openings are large enough for my ears. I am very comfortable sleeping with this strap, and my bed partner does not hear any sounds from me.

The idea of a chin strap sounds good but this does not actually keep the mouth closed at night. It more so pushes the chin back instead of snugly up. Mouth tape worked better for my son.

As a TMJ-sufferer who does not like mouthguards, this was such a great find for me. It stops mouth-breathing at night too. I am an adult with a small-sized head and use the provided extender. Fits perfectly.
