As a small adult I have a toddler sized head. No, seriously I can wear a toddler sized ball cap. I have tried many many other chin straps to stop snoring and they are always way too big. This was perfect. I did have to use the extra added Velcro extension piece for the top connection. The fabric is super thin and lightweight. No sweating in this thing. Snoring stopped, I know because I’d wake myself up snoring. Now I don’t. I bought several more as you know they will change it at some point.

This was super thin and flimsy and it immediately made the chin and cheeks super itchy and break out in a rash.

This fits my 12-year-old son really well, and I was pleasantly surprised that he’s actually willing to wear it. So far, it has noticeably reduced his snoring, and he seems to be getting deeper, more restful sleep. I’m really happy with the results!

Ordered a child size for my small adult head measurements. I woke up unable to breathe until I removed the product. Not good for mouth breathers.

It was great for my 4 year old but over time it isn’t as tight, gets worn down and doesn’t work as affectively. After only some months this happens

This did not work for me. Way way way too big for my little head. I tied a knot in it and it still wouldn't fit. So I bought a child size and it fit but I still woke up with my mouth opened. 😂 Har to break a bad habit!

The adult straps are always too big ! When I saw this child one I got excited & ordered it . It fits perfect ! I need it use with my CPAP nasal mask to stop air from forcing thru my lips . I put the strap over my mouth & it fixed the problem .

I got this for myself too go with my CPAP machine because the adults were way too big and it fits my face perfectly so if anyone reading this has a small head and face and needs a cpap machine this head gear will work
