Many customers are complaining about this product being solid and you refusing refunds. Can you offer a fix?

Mine came like putty, I needed just a little so i watered it down & got my task done. I contacted the seller saying my wife had a store and I understood that these things can happen. I asked for a new bottle & said I wouldn't give him a bad review. This is not a review so : no reply and no replacement. On a scale of 1 to 5, the product & vendor get a zero! My worst experiance on Amazon!
