Good punch bag for Martial Arts training and decent level of firmness. Comes with loads of useful extras and all decent quality. Good value all round at that price, been using for 3 months plus and no problems.I decided to mount it to the ceiling for the best 360 movement around it but finding and fitting to a ceiling beam was challenging. I would recommend fitting to a solid wall if you have space.

Arrived far faster than expected good quality would have preferred to have gloves with padded thumbs rather than the extras like key rings and bracelets that won’t be used

Product is very good for the price. Perfect in my shed for keep fit but maybe not so good for a serious boxer, had some delivery issues but RDX sports customer service was great and helped to sort the problem fast,
