For me this supplement is magic.I have tight shoulder muscles (right where the shoulder meets the neck) and this supplment just realeases it almost completely. Makes my headaches lessen and muscles a bit more flexible and less likely to pull them.I also believe this supplement helps my body absorb other vitamins and minerals much more efficiently.I can't live properly without taking this. N9t sure how it works for others but this supplememt and adding L. Reuteri greatly improved my quality of life.Capsule is a decent size and easy to take, has a white color to it. Definetly not horse sized pill. Easy to swallow, has no smell that i can discern and no weird after taste.For me its works quickly within an 1 -2 hours i cam feel my muscles relax quite a bit. Works quickly (at least for me)With anything ymmv with this. But for me its a must have every day item (i usually take it 3 - 4 days with a 1 - 2 day break, anymore then that break and my muscles go back to tight and painful, also stops this annoying twitch in my foot that just goes for days (one of charly horse type cramps twitches but just above the arch of my foot near my big toe, super painful)100% reccommend this item. But take it with caution and know what it does and why you would take it.

This is my new go to if I eat a fatty cheese dinner! Without these I suffer with horrible bloating when eating Mexican, Italian, foods. But my mouth loves them, and my stomach hates them. Yeah they say I've got gallstones and they want to remove my gallbladder. I'm goin to try to put that off as long as possible.

I chose the Sambugra brand after much research. The 1100 mg is a safe and effective dose. It also has NO fillers which is a big plus. The first time I purchased only one bottle. Was so pleased l purchased the 3pack. Something I will continue to buy again.

I started taking TUDCA 1100mg after hearing it was good for liver support, and I’ve got to say—I noticed a difference. My digestion feels smoother, and I don’t feel as sluggish after meals anymore. It’s one of those supplements you don’t think you need until you start feeling better on it.The capsules are a little on the big side, but manageable. No weird aftertaste, and no side effects for me so far. I like that it’s a high dose in just one or two pills—less to keep track of.If your liver’s been working overtime (looking at you, weekend pizza and energy drinks), this might be your new best friend.

I think they are helping a little but hard to tell. They also are not easy swallow/small. They are pretty darn large.

I have been doing regular liver and parasite cleansing for the past two years, and each time, I take this particular brand of Tudca. As a Health and Nutrition coach, I am very particular about the supplements I use and/or recommend. I feel this is a very solid, reliable source for Tudca. If you are wanting to cleanse, or simply give your liver some wonderful additional support, you would be well served to add this to your daily supplementation. The truth is, with the bombardment of toxins we are all subjected to in our air, water, food, ground, etc...our poor livers are overworked and underpaid. Give your liver a little TLC and add this Tudca. I find it to be a high quality supplement at a very affordable price.

I haven’t taken this for very long but I think it’s a great product and for a good price. I like the fact that it is vegan. I feel like it is working because I don’t have anymore tenderness in my liver or gallbladder area. I will continue to buy it and I recommend it.
