Great taste and keeps me asleep for at least 7 hrs. Within 30 min i am out cold. I have chronic insomnia and high med tolerance so i had to share how great these gummies are for people like me.

I take these daily and like the flavor. I don't like swallowing pills, so these gummies help me stay consistent. I follow Dr. Amen on Instagram who has also written several books. He recommends a Saffron vitamin for anxiety and depression. Hope this was helpful!

It tastes good, no qualms. But they did make me sleepy. Best to take at night.

To me, a gummy should taste good. I take enough supplements that having some in gummy form makes it much easier to ingest them all. These weren't bad, but not good enough to want to buy them again.

This gummy by VZOXAINS is not just saffron gummy but also contains Vitamin D2, B12, C, Magnesium, and other herbal extracts. There are no added sugars no artificial sweeteners but wondering where the sweetness comes from. I am not concerned about the extra Vitamin B12 and C since they are water soluble and any extra will just be flushed out via urine by the body. We need a lot of Magnesium and Vitamin D, as per the latest study - more than the US RDA target numbers. So I am not concerned about the additions of those in these formulations. There is no unpleasant aftertaste when the gummies are completely chewed. Our family loves these gummies! Good stuff!

Suggested use: As a dietary supplement, take 2 gummies daily. Chew thoroughly before swallowing. Saffron gummies supplement require daily consistent use for noticeable effects. Smells good. Tastes decent. Has a bit of a flower taste with the berry. Not overly sweet or strong in flavor. The gummies do not stick together. This formula has Vitamin D3 (2000iu/50mcg per serving) so if you’re already on the regimen, be careful of overdose. It is also packed with other vitamins, herbs, and minerals. I have a sensitive body and feel side effects easily. Due to past experiences, it became a fear. I take the lowest dose when possible, especially when introducing it to my body. The suggested use for this is 2 gummies but I am currently taking half a gummy haha. I haven’t felt anything bad or good so I will increase to 1 whole gummy soon. My sister consumes saffron and claims there are noticeable benefits. Coincidentally days later this popped up on Amazon Vine. I think I was meant to try this.
