Product quality was good. I had to return it as they don't have replacement option. Sizing isn't accurate with this brand. Return process was good. Delivery was good. Fast and good packaging. Overall good experience.

I was so excited to get these and I knew immediately when I opened the box that my foot of size 6 would not fit into these! Bummed when I tried them on but already started the return process. I’m ordering the size up which would be 7 so that my feet aren’t cramped in these! I love new balance! 1 star until I get my second pair. And then I’ll change it!❗️💓Update: I ended up getting size 6.5 and they fit just fine. A little snug but I don’t want loose! I wore them to work and it felt like walking on clouds!!!! 5 STARS!!!!
