We love this automatic feeder!! The assembly and connecting it to wifi/app was SO easy- I hardly needed the manual to do so. It’s so convenient to have, especially if you feed your cat wet/raw food. The bowls are big enough for a decent sized meal & they’re shallow enough to not have to worry about your cat getting whisker fatigue or cat acne! The ice packs keep the food at a perfect temperature, not too cold but chilly enough that the food won’t go bad. I don’t have to worry about making sure I’m home to feed my cat if I’m out or at work- it’s also a huge time saver that I can prep his food once a day and it’s good to go. I 100% recommend purchasing a second set of the ice packs if you plan to use the feeder everyday- it’s just more convenient that way. My cat warmed up to the feeder quickly and now he runs to go eat when he hears it dispensing. We love that there’s an app control as well, I can see from my phone that the feeder successfully dispensed and can set/alter the times whenever! We haven’t had a single instance in the weeks we’ve been using where it didn’t dispense or food went bad, therefore it’s a 10/10 for us. It’s also not loud at all when dispensing like some other feeders are, but just loud enough for the kitty to hear it! Most times I don’t even hear it even when in the next room over. This one particularly needs to be plugged in all the time for the app to work (which I don’t mind, but I suppose it’s important to note). The only “downside” I would say is that the bowls are plastic vs stainless steel, but if you properly clean the bowls after each feeding there shouldn’t be any concern for bacteria anyway!! It’s very easy to clean as well- by hand or in the dishwasher!My cat also no longer wakes me up at 5am for food!! That’s one of my favorite things about it. He can get 6 small meals a day that way he never wakes us up or bugs us for food! He loves it and we love it! A lot of cats do better with frequent small meals versus a few big meals, and I’ve noticed a very positive change in his energy, behavior, and appetite since using this feeder to give him those small meals every few hours! 🥰

The media could not be loaded. This thing is incredible! RIP to the guys on here that couldn't set it up because of the wrong mghz or whatever. The instructions suck but once you get it set up it's INCREDIBLE.We're planning to use it to store crickets in and feed our whites tree frog every 3 days. Being able to remotely tell it to move to the next pocket full of crickets is a dream come true.We bought a longer cord to keep it plugged in so we can access it via WiFi/the data on our phones while we're away. This should get us about 18 days away worth of feeding for our frog named ponyo.Very excited

I returned this Automatic Cat Food Dispenser, but it’s still a well-designed product with great features. It’s a clever solution for managing feeding times, and the app control makes it super convenient. However, with five cats in my household, the two small bowls didn’t work for us as they can’t share, and it’s not ideal for multiple feedings. That said, if you have one or two pets, this dispenser could be a perfect fit. It’s a great idea that just wasn’t practical for my situation.

I bought this last month going on my trip today. My cat broke into it three times before I was going to leave the house. I Used gorilla tape put it in five different places seems to help???? It only has one lock latch in the back does not lock? my cats open it started eating . My cats has kidney failure needs a special diet food. I think the company should put more lock latch on it. I guess my cats are very smart and hungry . Don’t recommend this for your pets. I have a pet sitting coming to my house know to check on my cats I’m afraid they will over eat in one day,And won’t have food the next day.

I just bought this but also own the regular frost without wifi. I definitely prefer the non-wifi one. I have had the non-wifi for over a year. I gave the wifi one a month before reviewing. The feed now feature is pretty useless unless you plan it ahead because then the next meal isn't ready or you have to turn off the next meal so it doesn't get ahead and end up giving them an empty space. This is definitely not wireless as it has to be plugged in or you get reminders with every feeding that it needs to be plugged in. It beeps 3 times like a minute apart with every feeding which is super annoying at 3am and it often confuses my cat because they are already eating when it beeps. At first I thought it was only while it was not plugged in but it does it even when plugged in. If it does start to die instead of just having a low battery flash it will actually beep every couple of minutes. Also, super annoying super early in the morning and I had to get up from bed to plug it in so it would stop beeping. The app is super basic and doesn't really have any useful features. I absolutely love the frost non-wifi and wish I wouldn't have destroyed the box and returned it to get a second non-wifi. I absolutely love the stainless steel trays. I would not recommend this one but I would 100% recommend the non Wi-Fi frost feeder.

This was perfect for my cat who needs a specific dose of medicine at each meal. It's hard to find the right feeder to ensure she gets her meds but this one worked perfectly!!
