I’m 53 and thought it was just part of aging and stress to have stomach issues. I learned how important iodine is from the wonderful Barbara O’Neil. I took it religiously everyday. It worked!! I haven’t had a problem since with coffee or any nausea. Look into it. And go ahead and order it!

This is a great supplement for those not getting adequate iodine intake through their diet. I add the prescribed drops as recommended into a small glass of water and chug it down...tastes like "iodine"....what a surprise! Probably better in orange juice! Has helped increase my energy levels & metabolisim even though my lab tests haven't shown a deficiency. I always thought if I used "iodized salt" that I wouldn't have an iodine issue, but I read that the iodine that's added into salt has a short shelf life so within time the iodine levels will be significantly reduced. Normally found in all kinds of foods, from vegetable & fruits to meats and diary, it's presence has been reduced due to a number of factors from flooding to modern agriculture techniques. So taking this once a day has helped boost those levels and restored my energy levels.
