Vitamatic Biotin 10,000 mcg (10 mg) for Stronger Hair, Skin & Nails - 365 Vegan Tablets- Also Called Vitamin B7

This bottle of biotin is very affordable, priced around $10 for 365 capsules. I appreciate that it offers maximum strength and is made in the USA. Vitamatic is a company I trust and often choose for other supplements, such as Berberine. The only drawback is that the capsules don’t have a divider, so you can’t easily reduce the dosage to 5,000 mcg if desired. Aside from that, the results have been truly impressive. To give some context: my mother once received a misdiagnosis and was prescribed a medication that quickly depleted her white blood cells. We stopped the medication after only two weeks, even though she was taking a much lower dose than recommended. A second doctor confirmed the issue was minor, and with natural treatments she recovered holistically. During those two weeks, however, she experienced severe hair loss, especially along her middle part. I began giving her supplements to support white blood cells and hemoglobin, along with this biotin. Since then, her hair has started growing back—she now has lots of new baby hairs, and the white patches of scalp are no longer visible. Overall, I highly recommend this biotin for both its value and effectiveness.

Worka great in hair, nails and skin. I've been growing my hair out for almost 3 years using it. I went from a buzz cut, to long hair about 2 inches past my shoulders. It's very strong and healthy. My nails look great, long and they grow fast.

Easy to take pills at a good price. Not sure how effective these are since I only started taking them about two weeks ago but the pills, container, etc. are all as expected. There are no side effects and the pills are easy to swallow.
