no.. 120 volt only or batteries..any way its a piece of junk.. dont buy it

Do earphone's work on this model

The first one I ordered was deffective, and the second one, which Amazon did the warrenty on, was also deffective (which they would not warrenty. I did not have a chance to find out if it worked. I did not even look for a outlet for a head phone. Craig tried to warrenty the unit with one that did not have a cassette player. The DVD did work on the other brand they sent me as a warranty to the deffective.

how do i get a cd to start to play?

There is a play button located on the front panel of the player. If you follow your instructions that came with the player, it should play. If the CD is a burned copy and not an original copy, it probably won’t play. I didn’t keep the player, because the radio stations didn’t display. I hope this was helpful.
