I am getting 305cc breast implants. am i best to order a 32d or 32dd?

It’s doesn’t just depend on the size of the implant, it also depends upon what amount of breast tissue you already have, so if you’re a 34 c for example and  you get a 305cc implant but another person is a size 34 a and also getting a 305cc implant then the person with the breast size 34 c will need the larger size. Hope that makes sense. 
Your surgeon should be able to give you a very good idea about what size to purchase as he should noif you’re going to be a large D or a normal D based on your own breast tissue and the size of the implant. If he can’t be specific then I strongly suggest you do your homework and go for a different surgeon. There is an amazing one in the U.K who knows his stuff, gives great results and does exactly what you want. My friend was getting hers done and I researched and advised her who to use based upon other ppls experiences with other- better known - companies. She couldn’t be happier with the results. Im a 40B but im not sure what size to get as some people say they come up small?

As a lady with significant proportions of breast tissue (can't say it any more politely) I can only say please don't buy this brand I am a 40dd/e, it wouldn't go past my underarms if you can visualise that?. I sent it back immediately and purchased a different brand which is so good comfortable and very supportive I even on occasion wear it as a day bra. I'm not sure if I am allowed to give you my preferred alternative if I can, then go ahead and message me again and I will happily advise you of the brand.

Would it be possible to get advice what size to order im 30 under and 35 over

Your measurements would suggest you are a 30DD
But with this style as suggested you perhaps should go up a band and down a cup.
So 32 D

As a rule of thumb the difference between over bust and under gives you your cup size.
So same over and under = AA
+1 = A
+2 = B
+3 = C
+4 = D
+5 = DD 
+6 = E (DDD in USA)
+7 = EE or F depending on company.
+8 = G

etc etc etc

Question 4

Is this product waterproof and chlorine resistant
