It's the best and covers a number of things that I wouldn't have even thought of needing for a classroom management plan. With this book in hand, I'm feeling much more confident about starting my first year of teaching. My mother, a teacher of 25 years, said that wishes the book had been around when she started teaching. There is some info that is more specific to elementary school, but I really believe that it could be used for any grade.
