I haven't been frothless in 2 years!
It's Saturday morning and I am cozily enjoying a delicious cup of latte. You know those little seemingly unimportant things in life you are very thankful for? Yep. This frother is one of them. Alright, I assume: it's almost Thanksgiving and I am probably getting into the give thanks mood... but, hey!For me, having a cup of latte in the morning is a necessity. I just can't start thinking without it. I have had many similar milk frothers before and sooner than later they failed. It is so frustrating when you just wake up in the morning, craving your everyday cup of latte, and then bang: your frother fails. When that happens, it's like you started your day with the wrong foot and the rest of day will be doomed. And you immediately think "what about tomorrow morning? I NEED to buy another frother TODAY!" and you go out of your ways in a mission to buy the first frother you can find. And this time you buy 2, just in case. Then eventually one fails again, but - Aha! - you have a spare one this time! You so are proud of yourself for being smart and having a spare one, and because buying a spare replacement was not an immediate priority anymore, you end up forgetting to restock. Then, inevitably, one day the spare one fails and you are frotherless again...I got out of this vicious cycle nightmare with this frother!I have had it for almost 2 years now and use it every-single-day. It is still going strong! It is very sturdy and well made and makes a very rich foam - and fast. And I am extremely pleased and impressed that such an inexpensive frother is lasting so long. Even if it breaks now that I jinxed it, I will happily buy another one of the same - and I think I can survive with a 2 day Prime delivery. No brainer.I have to say though: it does not look sleek or fancy like other stainless steel looks frothers I had before. But if you can get passed the bright yellow heavy duty rubbery handle, this is the best milk frother ever.

they are a good, cheap way to make Late style coffee and ...
This is my third one of these, they are a good, cheap way to make Late style coffee and do the trick almost flawlessly. I buy this model because the frother wand just pulls out of the end and can be washed on the top shelf of the dishwasher, good design idea.If the manufacturers are reading, one improvement. Eventually, the spring steel on the frother wand always gets bent and it can never be straightened quite right again; after this he frother becomes hard to use (almost useless), I'm on my third unit now , and I have to replace them about once a year. The wand is detachable; I would be willing to pay a few dollars more to buy a model that comes with one or two spare wands, since this is the only part of the unit that stops working right and causes me to have to buy a whole new unit.

Froth from non-dairy creamer! Hooray!
Seems to whip up a froth better than my Aero latte. I seems to buy frothers often - trying to find that perfect one. This one is good but I had trouble getting the cap off to insert batteries and a harder time getting it back on. This will not go in the Goodwill bag as some of my previous and much more expensive ones. I am hopeful I will do better when it is time to change batteries. I use non-dairy coffee creamers and they just don't froth the way milk does but this did a pretty good job. One year later - it died. Fresh batteries did not help. I really like it so I am ordering another one today! I finally figured out how to remove the top. So glad it is still available.

The best for frothing milk!! UPDATE: NO longer recommended!!
Absolutely love it! I froth my milk with instead of the immersion blender I used to use. The side does have a diagram of which way the batteries go. The top slides off -- no need to unscrew anything. Froths milk wonderfully! Change the batteries when it loses some power. Don't wait til they die.UPDATE: Originally bought two about 14 months ago and did love them. They still work BUT the on/off switch doesn't work any more so it's a pain to use. Still think for the price, it was definitely worth the money. Decided to order two more. Though they look the same, NOT the same at all! They both got VERY hot as soon as I put the included batteries in. I couldn't even try to use better batteries because the frother sticks on both of them FELL OFF!! DO NOT BUY!

Awesome tool, BUT...
I used this super-dooper frother 4 or 5 times (admittedly one frothing was quite lengthy) when batteries died. Put in new batteries---nothing. I was ready to toss it when I noticed the batteries were rattling (and that shouldn't be). I compared the off-brand batteries that came with the tool to my new batteries and discovered the Duracell batteries were just a fraction of an inch shorter than those that came with the frother. I pulled up the contacts on the removable battery-access cap and also the contacts way down inside the tool to make the batteries fit tighter and make contact. PRESTO! Works like a charm now. It has done a great job of frothing coconut milk, half-and-half, and even butter/coconut oil for bulletproof coffee.

My Espresso Machine Doesn't Even Make Froth Like This!
I ordered this and it arrived in a timely manner. The installation of the batteries put me off a bit because it was awkward and required that I hold a couple of piece in place until the batteries had been placed and the until screwed back together. I also had to guess at the battery orientation. After that, I wasn't expecting much but how wrong I was! I promptly made coffee and put it to the test. I write this now (3 cups later) with a bulk of foam in my cup. This little frother is a powerhouse! I bought 2 of them (one for work) so I wouldn't have to fire up the espresso machine for frothed milk and this unit blows it away. I've never had such froth even from an expensive machine and am truly impressed. I generally don't have good luck as a consumer, but I am thoroughly happy with this frother. I will add to this review later if it develops any issues. Happy frothing!
