Best blow drying experience ever!
I have type 4a coils and need to be gentle when I blow straight. The rotator attachment allows me to blow dry on high speed and hot temp to quickly remove excess water from my scalp where moisture tends to stay pressed between the denser root curls. This is a problem when I tried to use those popular dry brushes, having a wet scalp but burnt ends. There was zero burning of the scalp or any burnt smell of the hair to successfully dry, because the air keeps moving! The hair itself was dry but never felt hot. I then switched to the concentrator nozzle and reduced temp and speed to warm and low. I was amazed how much stretch I got without any frying or dryness and the width of the nozzle was miraculously perfect to tackle each quadrant of my 23" circumference head. I am so thankful to the previous reviewers who mentioned the quietness and speed, which made me choose this dryer over some of the buzzier names on the market today. I am sure I will enjoy this product for many blow drys to come. I have a bikini trimmer from Panasonic that lasted me about a decade before I bought a second one for the blades, and I still have both. This product comes with a 2 year warranty which is wonderful news! Now I am looking for a good soft case to keep it in because it is precious to me.

Great blowdryer even for long hair
the quick dry nozzle attachment that moves the air flow around for you is great and cuts down on arm strain and blowdrying time. the blowdryer itself isn't huge and it's easy to use

GOOD HAIR DRYER
This was a gift for someone that struggles drying her hair. She says it is a little heavier than other hair dryers, but works well. Over all a good hair dryer.

Naturally soft wave in my fine, usually frizzy flyaway hair
I have taken a long time to assess this hair dryer before writing a review. I know it is expensive, much more than I am used to paying for a hair dryer, and I really wanted to determine if it was worth the money before I left a review, so others could have some feedback before they decided whether or not to make this purchase. Just so you know why I felt it might be worth the cost: I have fine, dry, color-treated hair, and it has been thinning for a while now despite my doing everything I can to protect it. I only wash it a couple times a week, using non-sulfate products, so it won’t dry,out too much, take biotin, etc. One thing I can’t really do is “just let it dry naturally”, which seems to be the answer so many people give me. My hair is just too flyaway and frizzy if I don’t blow dry it and style it into submission or put it back in a pony tail, which can also cause breakage. I have gone,to some really great hairstylists and they have given me good advice that helps. So I make sure that I use heat protectant products and splurged on this hair dryer to see if it might help. Overall, I really like the hairdryer. It is NOT lightweight, but I did not expect it to be. It came with all the accessories I wanted —diffuser, regular concentrated drying end (which I literally never use), the end that you can snap on and then click into place for the oscillating fan. I have to say, I LOVE the last feature and I use it practically every day. I feel that when I use this, my hair just looks better. I find the same styling I usually do results in a softer, slightly wavier look when using the oscillating feature, which seems more natural than contrived, and I like that. My hair has less frizz and flyaway than with my Babyliss dryer. The diffuser works just like every other diffuser I have used, except it is definitely better than anything Babyliss has.. Theirs do not attach well, fly off the end of the dryer one do not allow for enough heat flow between the prongs of the diffuser the way this one does. As far as the conditioning technology this dryer is supposed to have—I was really skeptical about that when I bought it, and I still am. Drawing moisture from the air to DRY your hair seems counter-Intuitive. Instead of conditioning the hair, it would likely just mean you would have to spend more time to dry it at all. So I would not put too much stock into that particular claim. I do think I would consider the infrared tech for my next hair dryer, though, as stylists I know swear by it. So, is this hair dryer worth the cost? For me, for the oscillating feature alone, yes, I feel it is. if any other dryer had that feature for less, I would definitely buy it, but since they don’t, I am satisfied with this purchase.

Stealthy and smooth
My old dryer died and I needed a new one. I wanted to treat myself but also wanted to be able to afford to eat occasionally, so the Dyson was out of the question. I ended up going with the Panasonic, which was still rather pricey, but still within my budget. At first I thought this dryer was too weak on the highest setting, but it turned out to be a deception. For context, it takes 30-40 minutes to dry my hair with the highest setting on my old dryer, (I have very long hair.) This one dried my hair within 15 minutes. That's a VERY significant difference in drying time, especially considering how long my hair was. The best part about it is my hair did not look frizzy or dried out by the end, and actually looks nice and silky smooth. The oscillator is also very convenient in allowing my arms to rest and avoid moving about; why move my hands around when the oscillator already does the same job? It's too early for me to give a Final thoughts, but so far I really like and enjoy this dryer. It's fast-drying, quiet, and makes my hair look and feel silky smooth.

Since there is no way to contact Amazon, I have no other choice but to share my not just experience but huge loss since it's a very expensive product. To start with, the hair dryer was not working since day 1 .....it used to start and stop. By day 3, it didn't even start.... We started the process for return on Amazon and scheduled the return on 22nd December. No one came to pick up the hair dryer on 22nd December as scheduled and there was no way we could contact them. In the meanwhile, we found a notification in the message centre to return the item by 27th December. Then on 28th December, we received a message from Amazon that the replacement has been cancelled. We knew that the replacement would arrive by 6th Jan but there was no way of sending the defective hair dryer back. Amazon failed to pick up the return, was not allowing us to reschedule, there was no way we could contact Amazon, just a series of bots which led us back to the message centre; and yet even after all this, we have to bear the brunt of being stuck with a defective product and not getting our replacement. There was still no option of rescheduling....no option of calling or chatting with customer service! Ideally if Amazon fails to pick up then they should reschedule on their own and give us a new date. Nothing of that sort happened and we are stuck with a defective hair dryer which costed us Rs. 25000/- It is not something which we can overlook, it's a high value item which is well within warranty period and yet we are unable to resolve it because there is simply no way to get in touch with Amazon Customer service! Unfortunately, even the seller didn't help at all! They contacted us because they had to instruct about the 220V to 110V converter required for this hair dryer.....I bought the exact same converter which seller suggested, however, the hair dryer didn't work as explained above.
