Pretty good BCAA powder. Tropical Madness flavour is nice. Helps during workouts and with muscle soreness after. Mixes easy. Has electrolytes too, which is great. Good for anyone who works out a lot. Worth trying if you want something to drink at the gym.

Didn’t Expect Such Quick Results I ordered this as my first BCAA supplement just to test the hype — and I’m genuinely surprised. My post-workout recovery improved, and muscle soreness reduced a lot. The taste is smooth, not too sweet, and perfect for daily use.

It’s good except it is too solid to sit on. Wished it was a little softer which could have been done by a little less of buck wheat husk filling so the stuffing would have more room to move and accommodate the sitter

This BCAA is hands down one of the best in the market at present, without a doubt. I have used other products from Carbamide in the past, and even this product has stood up to its expectations like the others. It tastes very good, mixes well with water, and most importantly, it has given me excellent results in terms of strength, endurance and post workout recovery.

I take it 30 minutes before HIIT /boxing. Works well and helps with post-workout recovery. But I did not like the flavour and it has a sweet taste to it. I have previously had bcaa unflavored protein, which I prefer. three stars is for the taste. otherwise works well.
