Multifunctional Electric Heating Plate for Melting Wax,Candle Making and More(Silver Gray)

I purchased this electric heating plate to melt my wax on for candle making. You do have to be careful because the side get very hot. If you are going to use this for candle making it does not take long for the wax to melt which is great. This heating plate was very easy to use, does take some time to cool down though after using.

Very easy to use and set up. Easy to clean. Heats up extremely fast. Excellent quality. What I love the most is the very compact size yet it packs a punch with the heat.

I wish I would have purchased sooner! Works perfectly! It gets a lot hotter than I had thought it would so watch your temp!

It consumes approximately 570 watts and heats up as expected. However, the entire structure becomes hot, like not only the plate in the middle, but the sides and everything metal, leading to several issues. Firstly, the wires will eventually come into contact anywhere other than the plate, like the sides, which heats up uniformly, causing them to melt and potentially ignite. Secondly, the excessive heat causes the knob to essentially detach, likely due to heat and a loss of adhesive or a loosened fit. Lastly, the numbers on the knob seemed to indicate different levels of heat, but they are ineffective after it heats up to the max. such as '5' or the highest click. so it is more like a simple on/off switch than a device with gradual heat control.

Stays hot too long, but well made.
