6-Outlet Surge Protector Power Strip, 1680J with USB A & USB C Ports

I am in love with this little device. It is exactly what I wanted. I use it for my main computer station and it has enough outlets so I can charge and connect everything else that sits near my computer, like a headlight or lamp, and mouse and keyboard chargers etc.. The style is modern and not bulky. I would buy another one if I could for my bedroom and laptop and phone charging station. I recommend it highly.

This Belkin 6 outlet surge protector power strip has been a great addition for protecting our electronics and appliances from power surges during storms. It works exactly as expected, gives plenty of outlet space, and feels solid and well made. The space-saving design is also a real winner, especially in the kitchen where outlet space can be limited and bulky power strips get in the way. It fits nicely without creating extra clutter. The biggest thing for me is the peace of mind knowing that the devices plugged into it have more protection than they would with a regular wall outlet. That extra layer of security is very satisfying, especially when the lightning starts rolling in. Overall, this is a reliable and affordable surge protector from a brand I trust, and I’d definitely recommend it for anyone living in areas with frequent storms or unstable weather.

So convenient, so helpful. This really solves a space and connectivity issue. Compact, but it lets me safely connect 6 items/cords at once. Everything is protected by the surge protected power strip, and It saves me from having cords plugged in every direction. I like the curved like design as this keeps the unit bulk down. This is relatively compact, taking a normally 2 unit outlet into 6 device connectivity actually more— since it also has the USB-A and USB-C ports. This is a great feature, although I do wish there were more USB ports included here. The power strip holds securely in place, even with many things plugged into it. Great brand, reputable and it delivers on high quality. I use this at home, in my office and kitchen where I have a lot of devices and appliances. But, I’ll also get one for travel— it’s convenient and it will let me charge and use everything in one space. Overall— great product that delivers on function, quality, reliability, and saving time and space. Highly recommend.

This has been a life saver. My apt. was built in 1903 (just kidding) and has few wall outlets. I own 6 guitars, 10 effects pedals, a Fender Blues Jr. amp and an Acoustic bass amp and need many outlets. This fits the bill perfectly. Fits in the wall solidly and is so handy. No more having to go back and forth with 2 outlets and use an extension cord with several outlets. This is hassle free !

I got this to use it for protection of various devices like laptop's power supply as well as some USB-C chargers. This is a very well-made unit, especially compared to many "no-name" similar units as well as units from brands like GE. - The physical build quality is pretty good for a plastic unit - the plastic feels sturdy and thick enough. - The Voltage Protection Rating is 500v, which is good enough for just about every device you might plug into it. There are similar units that have much worse rating, like GE unit with 800v VPR, which is still good but is worse than this Belkin unit. Not only that, but all 3 paths can divert surges, L-N, L-G and N-G, many similar units use only L-N path which may not work if you have a surge coming from both L and N lines at the same time. The MOVs that protect those paths have thermal fuses attached to them and also have small pouches made out of fire-resistant material covering them (you can see this on attached photos). - There are a couple of LED indicators which may be useful for some people, first shows whether you have working ground and second shows whether MOVs that divert surges are still usable or they have worn out and became useless. There are a bunch of warning messages printed on the back of unit, such as suggestion to replace this power strip every 3 years but they're just a suggestions and you can safely ignore all of them. The only minor issue with this surge protector strip is that the USB-C port's output maxes out at 15w, which is too small for modern devices that can charge at much higher power outputs, but this is a pretty common drawback with such devices. Hopefully Belkin will raise the USB power output with next version of this power strip.
