Metal tarnished after the first use
The metal tarnished after it's first trip through the ultrasonic and autoclave. I'll use it for lab instruments but I'm not about to bring this cassette out in front of patients.

Poor quality
Rubber instrument compartments keep popping out making it impossible to close before sterilization. Readjusting the instruments is also a hazard while working because it can cause injury to the technician
