Really happy with this purchase, bought Green band to assist with knee rehab work. Feels as strong as those at my gym of same colour/resistance rating. I feel it's important to point out that when using these (or other) bands it's important to take care on what you use as an anchor point, if you choose anything which has squared or harsh edges then you are going to cause stress/weakness to the band which will eventually break under pressure. Also do not leave the band attached at the same point all the time, release it and readjust so its not the same point under stress all the time. Happy workouts!!

Item itself was great, and i make good use of it.. But, i was expecting the full set, the item listing is very confusing.. If you are only buying one item in the listing, you should only show that Item in the listing, in this case, just the red band, and not show people using the purple and black band in the items listing photographs, confusing the issue....

I got the band I reckoned would be right for shoulder work. The "weight" ratings in the description proved unusually realistic, and the band is long enough for a versatile range of exercises. It seems excellent quality, and doesn't have that "stick to the skin" feel of older bands. BeMaxx also sent a helpful supplementary exercise guide, which may prove useful in due course.

I wouldn’t waste your money with these. These are too stretchy and offers practically no resistance.

This is a great resistance band seems to be a very high quality all i have as a negative is I though I was buying a set from the picture but if you look carefully it only points to the one, little bit missleading my bag though should have paid more attentikn the sale overall though top training bands

The band itself seems decent quality however I haven’t used it and have sent it back. The product page is misleading and was for resistance bands (plural) with an image of a set of bands. For £20 you get one band which you can pick up elsewhere for £8.
