With this machine I can multi-task by letting ingredients mix while I work on something else. It comes assembled, literally, the bowl was already attached. The size is just fine, not too small, not too big. The quality is great, which is a MUST for every business, and the value for the all that came with it was well worth it. I do notice a softer sound to the motor when working dough, so that is an improvement from the older model. I gave my older kitchenAid to my neighbor with the many extra accessories I purchased through the years and it still works perfect.I highly recommend the kitchenAid mixer, I also would recommend to keep with the professional models as they are the best for dough making or anything that could work the motor.
