This company is stating these have 5 layers but these are sliiiiiightly thicker than your typical surgical masks. I've included pictures to show the thickness and the individual layers. These masks don't stay put or keep glasses from fogging, no matter how much you adjust them. You can see the mask get sucked in when you breathe as well. You wouldn't even be able to use these as a dust mask to be honest because the metal piece for the bridge of your nose does not keep its shape. I highly doubt these can filter 95% of particles. You'd be better off with two coffee filters and some rubber bands. A complete waste of money! There was another review that basically stated the same and that these masks used to be thick. I wish I would've saw it sooner, since these masks are not eligible for return/refund.***Side note to the company: Since it seems like some people don't like thicker masks, perhaps make both thick and thin masks, and designate which ones are which.
