Bought two for my HP Pavelon DV6 to replace a lost HP power supply. YTech's specs and pix helped a lot, and price was good. Arrived in two days. Checked both out for 10-15 min each to see what they would do to a very much depleted battery. Both worked. Hooked one up overnight and the following day battery was fully charged. Ran the laptop without power until the low-battery warning message appeared. Plugged in the second charger for an overnight charge and the following day the laptop was fully charged. Very satistified wth the chargers (nice to have a spare), with the product spec on the web, and the quick shipping. YTech rocks!

Initially I thought this was an OEM due to the "65W" on the charger case, however, this is a knock off. But it works well and was a good value and I recommend this USB-C charger.

I have a Lenovo M720q that I am turning into a small gaming PC. There are some YouTube videos showing how to upgrade the GPU in these and they recommended getting a larger AC adapter to meet the power demands of the GPU. The largest adapter I have is a 135w, and to play it safe I figured I would order the 230w just so I don't deal with any throttling. I used the 135w adapter as I was getting everything set up and it was working very well. I tested one of the games I play often (Dota2) and with the new GPU was getting 120fps on the highest video settings. My new 230w soon arrived and I launched the game. It felt like it was going slower than normal, but thought that might just be me imagining things. I got into a match but things just got worse. I was sitting in the low 20fps and everything was so laggy. I was so confused as to why it was going so slow. After the match I was looking through settings, trying to see if I missed something. A friend of mine asked "did you change anything?" The only thing I changed was the AC adapter, so I switched back to the 135w. After booting up, everything was MUCH better. I opened the game and was back to getting 120fps. I don't have a way to verify the actual output of this thing, but I would be willing to bet based on what I experienced that it is not actually 230w. Very disappointed and will be returning.

This charger works well and doesn't run hot at least for me. Haven't had any issues with it from the day I received till now. I'd say it deserves a 5/5 stars and it's cheaper than others on here. Plus it charges my T480 really fast thanks to the 65 watts.

It seems to work well so far. I will see how long it last. Brought one from another supplier only last about nine months.

Inexpensive and extremely prompt replacement for one my dog snacked on. Product does the job. I am VERY unhappy with shipping though! It was sent in the origami tabbed box ONLY, with no tape or anything to actually hold the box shut against any but the most gentle handling. I feel fortunate that everything actually arrived.

UPDATE: Linda at YTech contacted me about the adapter that didn't work. They were very quick to send a replacement. The replacement did not work either so I suspect that our laptop model requires a higher watt charger. Our model is a dv7-7000t. I'm upping my stars to 5 stars just for the customer service provided by this company. I would not hesitate to order from them. This product looked like it would work with my HP Pavilion dv7 Entertainment & Gaming Laptop - Model # A3F79AV. The plug fit, the laptop received power, but the battery would not charge and the HP Smart Adapter warning kept displaying on the screen. It would go away for about 30 seconds, then re-appear. For some reason this adapter did not work with our HP laptop model. We returned it. I wish it would have worked as it arrived super fast.

I bought this charger because the ground prong broke off my previous charger so I needed a new power cable. Luckily, this product comes with both a new power cable and a new AC adapter. The length of the AC adapter is shorter than my original adapter, but the power cable makes up for this deficiency by being longer than the original. For reference, the YTech AC adapter is about 4ft long and the power cable is about 5 ft long (Since I don't think these lengths are given in the description). The power cable and AC adapter work just like the original. If you do end up running into some trouble with the charger, I'm sure customer service would be more than happy to help. Their team even went out of their way to e-mail me and inquire about my satisfaction with their product.
