I think this brace has saved my ankle from further injury. I sprained my ankle last week when my dog bolted after a deer and nearly jerked me off my feet. (Not his fault, he's still in training.) I hobbled down the trail, came home and used ice and an ACE bandage, keeping my foot elevated throughout the rest of the day. Next day it still hurt but I could walk on level ground. On my next outing, I discovered is that every time my foot hit a dip or divot on the trail, my ankle tended to roll, when it never did that before. I bought these ankle brace socks, put one on the affected foot, and went on a hike. Now, even when I step in a dip on the trail and the ankle feels like it's about to roll, it stays aligned as it should. I used the measurement chart to choose a medium. For further reference, my size is women's 9.5, my foot is narrow, and I'm about as flat-footed as you can get. I only wear the brace when on a walk or a hike, not when I'm at home. Highly recommended.

The brace works well and provides good support. I originally ordered this brace in a large as I am right on the line between large and medium. It seemed less than snug but I decided to try it for a day. It was just too big for me because it wasn't anymore snug than a regular sock and didn't feel supportive. That day I ordered the same thing in a medium and tried it out when it arrived. It fit well and offers the support I am looking for. When I went to return the large brace, the company refunded me and told me just to keep the used item. Hassle free and as easy as I could hope for.

Brace helps. It does buckle up along the ankle though and doesn’t stay completely flat . Still provides helpful support.

These compression ankle braces feel to have the perfect balance between ankle support and a soft feel. I wore it all day, every day for about a week while trying to help heal up a sprained ankle. At night, my foot and ankle never felt the discomfort after pulling the brace off. I was able to wear my socks over it and usually forgot it was there. Part of that was likely due to purchasing the correct size, but for the price, speed of shipping, and help it provided, I can easily recommend this product to anyone else.

Comfortable all-day support. An old injury to my right ankle from a dirt bike incident was acting up. Swelling a bit. I ordered these supports. The compression is just what I needed. Nice to have two. These do work for me. They are comfortable all day. Good quality. They have not lost their elasticity even after using them for some time now.

This is for a mild to moderate ankle sprain and does provide some compression and comfort. I would not recommend for someone who has a severe sprain and extensive swelling. It is lightweight and does not create any heat or sweating so that is nice.

I like this ankle sleeve a lot. The description includes the words "brace" and "sleeve." To me, it's a sleeve, not a brace. It gives nice compression and warmth; not too much, not too little. It doesn't restrict movement like a brace would. I followed the fit/sizing instructions, and the fit/sizing is excellent. The package contained 2 of the sleeves, not 1; not sure if that is clear in the product description.

I sprained my ankle pretty badly before a planned trip to the Rockies. I needed something for added stability while hiking, but I also need it to not be uncomfortable to wear with my hiking footwear. These were absolutely perfect. This sleeve gave me the support I needed to hike all over the Rockies without causing pain in other parts of my foot or ankle. This sleeve helped my ankle more than any other taping, wraps, or bracing I tried. This was a lifesaver! Great quality! Great Value!
