Essie Gel Couture 13.5 ml, 40-Fairy Tailor

What I LIKE about it: 1) SALON QUALITY — It really does look like a professional gel manicure once it dries, super glossy, smooth, and even. I’ve had people ask where I got my nails done, and they’re always surprised to hear I did them myself! 2)LONG LASTING WITHOUT THE UV LAMP —I usually get around 2 weeks of wear, which is much longer than regular polish. It could last longer for others, I do actually do a lot of chores around the house, and anyway I’d refresh my nails before the start of the week, so this is perfect. The top coat really seals it in and gives that hard, gel-like finish without needing a light. 3) EASY TO APPLY — the brush is perfect. The curved, wide brush makes application so easy and streak-free, even for someone who’s not great at painting nails. It spreads evenly and covers the nail in just two coats. 4) DRIES QUICKLY — I love that it dries faster than most polishes I’ve used. I can do my nails, let them set for a few minutes, and get on with my day without worrying about smudging. 5)BEAUTIFUL COLOUR RANGE — The shade selection is gorgeous, from soft neutrals to rich reds and trendy pastels. The finish always looks chic and glossy, and I’ll be getting more colours from this range. Overall: I couldn’t recommend it enough if you love the look of gel nails but don’t want the UV lamp or salon trips. It’s glossy, durable, easy to apply, and removes just like normal nail polish. Très contente de la teinte "Fairy Tailor" qui est exactement ce que je voulais : un rosé transparent, qui devient un peu plus opaque avec 2 couches (cf. photos). La tenue est correcte, le séchage assez rapide... Je passe une 2e commande !

Nice consistency and goes on much smoother then Sally Hansen Insta dry. The colour is so light though, looks like clear with a hint of pink after 2 coats.
