Nice comfortable slippers! Materials used are of good durable quality that should last for years under normal everyday use.In response to some of the complaints in this products reviews, I’ll agree that they do run wide but stay on your feet without easily falling off. As with most slippers at this price point the foam insole will flatten noticeably but not enough to make them uncomfortable. Some reviewers noted that the rubber edge on the heal was painful when stepped on. I never experienced any painful discomfort even after intentionally stepping on the rubber edge. After wearing the slippers for 3 months, I threw them in the washer and dryer and they held up.My overall opinion is they’re comfortable, good quality slippers for the price.

Slippers fit okay. Not the best fit. I’m a size eleven and it’s the perfect size but they fit loose. It’s also a wide sole so it feels awkward when i step. They are comfortable but even though they have a wide sole it doesn’t fill like its meant for people with wide feet because my feet aren’t wide and they fit just fine, just loose on the elastic part.

I purchased slippers in May and they have been very comfortable to wear around the house. However recently the sole has been separating from the upper on one on the slippers (see photo).I reached out to LongBay customer support and after a week finally got the following response:"We have just checked your order and we try to apply for reshipment or refund for you, but we found that your order was made over 90 days ago, so we don't have the authority to reship or refund. We ask for your understanding, but no worries, to express our apologies, we can compensate you with a 15% off coupon usable on anything from our store."Sorry, I will not be spending any more money with LongBay if they will not stand behind their product for more than 90 days.I do not recommend these slippers.
