Received both of my chairs today, and much earlier than expected! What a beautiful set of chairs! I'm so pleased with this purchase and the quality of the material, the comfort of the chairs, the style - they are exceptional! But, more importantly, the customer service from this company is superb! They respond to your email inquiries immediately and are very courteous! Had 4 legs scratched upon arrival and reached out to them to see about replacements, and the response to me was immediate! They've already dispatched the 4 replacement legs and I just received the chairs an hour ago! The chairs are so easy to put together - I did it myself and I'm only 5'4" and had no help at all. I had each chair put together in less than 10 minutes. No tools required. Absolutely fantastic! After searching for reclining chairs on Wayfair and a host of other UK furniture companies, and tearing up at the high price of them, I was thrilled to find these on Amazon. Reasonably priced and just beautiful! Absolutely beautiful!! I'm going to love sitting on them in the winter in front of the fire, with a good book and dram in hand! Slainte'!!

I ordered this chair just four days ago and I was expecting it to be delivered on the 6th January. To my surprise and absolute delight it arrived today 24th December! My face must have been a picture because the delivery man never stopped grinning. He was also very friendly and he brought it up the stairs to my first floor flat and I didn't even have to ask him. Excellent customer service, couldn't ask for more! The chair was so easy to put together, took me about ten minutes. Fantastic considering that I am disabled with chronic pain! And the chair itself? Fabulous is the word that comes to mind. It looks smart and classy, and best of all gives good support which is important for me; and it's so very comfy! I love it and I am so pleased that I decided to buy it. What a great Christmas present!!

Easy to assemble, only takes 10 minutes. Well built, and well finished off. Easy to recline. When in reclined position, weight of legs tends to make the chair want to make you go back to original position.

Quick delivery comfy chair lovely people to deal with

I brought this for my mother's bedroom & needed a smaller armchair to fit in the available space, the fact that the chair back comes as a separate section, made it fairly easy for me (early sixties, reasonably fit) to take upstairs & assemble in place. The reclining mechanism is a bit too stiff for my mother (in her eighties) to put into the reclined position without assistance but she is able to return it to the normal seat position unaided, I am hoping it will loosen up a little with use. The chair is a solid construction, comfortable & looks good. Update to this review I brought a further 3 chairs but in the blue colour pattern for my lounge to replace the existing old & battered chairs, I had one issue with one of the chairs which I returned & purchased another one whilst waiting for the refund which came through promptly from the supplier. Again very happy, the chairs look good, they are comfortable & excellent value for their cost.

Positives: The recliner action is very smooth and frame really sturdily constructed, looked good when constructed.. Negatives: The chair was delivered "kerbside", which meant the driver left the huge box containing the chair parts in the car park outside the main entrance to the block of flats where I live. Leaving me, a 69 year old to carry the 40kg total weight along the corridors, up the stairs and along another corridor to my apartment. Once assembled the chair looked good but after only 1 month the seat cushion had "puddled" so badly it was like sitting on a commode and the "padding" on the arms had collapsed. After putting up with the chair for a couple of months I disassmbled it and disposed of it at the local recycling centre. Would I recommend this item? No, no I wouldn't.
