I am just Bananas about this
This is a great bluetooth handset. It doubles as a bluetooth speaker 🔊. It can be used to communicate with Alexa. I have used this with my phone 📱 and my Fire 🔥 Max 11. I am also planning to use it with my computer. If you want a bluetooth handset that will drive you Bananas 🍌 this is the one for you 😉 👌I ordered one of these banana phone handsets and it only charged to 80 percent power. I contacted Amazon and ordered a replacement. I hope the replacement charges fully.

I love making people laugh, and this does it!
It looks just like a banana and when I whip it out, I say oh I'm sorry I've got a crisis call, because I run a Crisis Hotline. It really makes them laugh and is fun to see this happen. Giving someone a free smile or getting them to laugh cost nothing but it makes you feel good and the one that receives you feels even better. A great white elephant gift For the holidays.

Been using it for years
We got this for my daughter when she turned 6 cause she loves to talk to grandparents and friends on the phone, but touch screen sometimes kids press buttons on accident and also I like to have my phone and be texting. So we Bluetooth this to my phone and she can walk around our house and talk on the phone for hours and I can still text and Google and look up a recipe and whatever else I might need my cellphone for. Highly recommend for parents who don’t want to shorten kids time talking to grandma, but don’t want to get the kid their own cell phone or give them your phone for hours.

Sound Quality good not great.
So it's a funny gimmick and proceeds help out gorilla's that's great too. The sound was good and it works really well as a speaker and microphone. The complaint for me was every call I had to reset the volume lower it was to loud and once you set it, on the very next call you would have to again. It doesn't remember the volume setting that you set it to. Most other handsets like this do unless you turn it off or disconnect, they remember the volume setting that you have it set to. This one didn't I had to reset every call or loose my hearing. Is it worth the cost? That depends if you want as speaker phone or music it's great of if you have bad hearing maybe.

Very entertaining. Though be warned...
I've learned a few important things about this, as well as about myself, since receiving this entertaining fruit mobile.First: the only shortcoming of the device I've found so far is that it will lose connection on occasion. You'll recognize this by the LED flashing blue and green for about a minute, after which the device will emit a loud "Power Off" alert. Not the best thing to happen during a business meeting, but certainly not a big deal. That said, the connectivity issue is a minor annoyance at most. I don't make or receive many phone calls, so I can't complain.Second: In response to the loud "Power Off" alert, I removed this from my pocket to clear up the lingering question as to why my batteries had died at 10am in a meeting (lol, big mood). It was at that time that I learned that any person not familiar with the Banana Phone song will not get the "joke" and will instead likely imagine the joke to be something about a "banana in your pocket"... Needless to say, we had a pretty good laugh. Just be aware of the slim NSFW potential of a banana shaped device.TLDR: Might be inappropriate for professional settings. Occasionally loses bluetooth signal, but lets you know by turning off after a minute. I wish it were a little cheaper, as to encourage it as a smalltime gift purchase, but it's worth the money whether you care about gorillas or not.

Bunch of fun.
Item arrived on expected delivery day and was well packaged. The phone came with a card to charge but did not have anything to plug it into, luckily we do have a smart phone so we placed the banana cord in that and it worked out, just something to be aware if if you don't have a charger to use.The phone was sturdier than I expected, I thought it would be more toy like, but it actually seems durable.Once charged we could not wait to use it, the phones speaker was clear and easy to hear what was being said, on the other end it was easy to hear what the person speaking into the banana phone was saying, we were even able to clearly hear my youngest who speaks quietly sometimes. There was no static, and it did not have an echo and it did not sound like you were in a tunnel.Initially I was skeptical about the purchase, it was a little more than I wanted to spend on a gift that was just for a few laughs, but once the phone came and I was able to see and hear it, it was worth it to me. I just would not pay more.Husband is taking it to work to use on a couple busines calls. I think it would be hilarious if he was to close a deal on a banana phone! Also my childhood dreams came true. There was someone on the other end of the banana phone!

Cute idea, bad execution
You would think that a banana shape would mimic the old Ma Bell telephone receivers that went away when people decided to talk over flat rectangles. However, the execution leaves a lot to be desired. The hard plastic case really needs a softer "banana peel" sheath. It's really just a Bluetooth headphone in a hard yellow Banana shaped case and has little charm or usefulness beyond that.

Alternate to Apple Watch
My nephew wanted an apple watch for his birthday. He is 12 and does not need one. I started joking with him about a banana watch and he would constantly bring it up to his Mom that he DID NOT want a banana watch. welp i found this gem, bought it and gave it to him for his birthday. I told him they ran out of Banana Watch's so I had to get the banana phone. He thought it was hilarious and has used it! Great gift!
