Don't bother buying this. My dogs won't eat this, and it's ineligible for returns.

Bought this and our new puppy didn’t like the flavor. This was not unusual as most puppies take time to broaden their acceptance of unfamiliar flavors. The product sat on the shelf for months in a cool dry place.. Thought we would try again. When I opened the container the product had turned to powder and the volume is now one third of the container. Soft chew is now powder. I didn’t buy powder. And if I had bought powder I would not have paid this high price for 1/3 of the volume. Afraid to use in this form not knowing if it is defective. At this price I expected a better quality product. Maybe this is a one time occurrence? Company should guarantee their product. There is nothing on the label I could find.
